Hello Users,

Sometimes while re-opening the Interaction for editing that has been saved and published previously , you might receive the message 'To customize this interaction, you need to have “ installed and activated on your machine'.

This message usually comes up when you change the name of the .int file after publishing. So we request you to please rename the .int file with the name that you had used while saving the interactivity ( same as the .dat and xml files present in the “Activities” folder )and then try opening the file.

If still the issue is not resolved, kindly share us the entire interactivity folder(not just the .int file) with which you are experiencing the issue as a zip file at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , So that we can check it at our end and provide you the solution.
